Kärcher Center Houston leverages the decades of experience of EnviroLab, which started out as a manufacturer of environmentally considerate hard surface cleaners, defoamers, escapers, brightness, and coatings. Along the way, EnviroLab expanded to sell pressure washers and water reclamation equipment, along with its chemicals. Today, EnviroLab sells and services Kärcher products as part of its wide array of solutions.
EnviroLab was formed in 1980 in Hunstville, TX, as a specialty chemical manufacturer of hard surface cleaning solutions, including detergents, degreasers, cleaners, defoamers, and enzyme solutions. In addition to manufacturing hard surface cleaning solutions, EnviroLab also engineers customized water reclamation equipment.
Kärcher has a diverse product offering, which includes electric pressure washers, gas pressure washers, scrubbers, extractors, air blowers, municipal equipment, vacuums, Cuda cabinets, and water reclamation equipment. EnviroLab is equipped and trained to service all Kärcher products, and maintains a large inventory of spare parts.
EnviroLab is known for its exceptional customer service. The company offers a scheduled service program that is customizable based on the customer’s needs and how a product is being used. For many customers, scheduled service will occur quarterly. For customers running their operation on a more aggressive, multi-shift schedule, service might be scheduled monthly.
EnviroLab’s scheduled service program consists of a 25-point inspection process that checks parameters like:
All data is recorded in a database, so EnviroLab can monitor historical trending and pin-point any hidden issues and evaluate how a product is being used. For example, monitoring soap consumption, which can be a costly variable, can provide insights into how the product is being used and whether it is possible to reduce the amount of soap being used by as much as 50%.
EnviroLab’s service program is designed to deliver cost savings and 100% product reliability to customers, and was a key factor in Kärcher’s decision to partner with EnviroLab.
